Placement cells and recruiters shouldn't need five tools to answer one question: is this student ready? PeopleXM collapses that whole stack — skill assessments, proctored campus drives, voice mock interviews, ATS-ready resumes and AI career planning — into one platform with a single, honest readiness score every student, every TPO and every visiting recruiter can read the same way.

What we believe

• Signal beats volume. A hundred résumés at 60% accuracy is noise. Three ranked candidates with evidence is a shortlist.
• Students deserve honest feedback. "Pass" and "fail" are the cheapest form of coaching. Where the gap is, what to fix, and how to practise it — that's the help worth paying for.
• Faculty time is finite. Anything the platform can score, schedule, remind or report should be automated so faculty can focus on judgment calls.

The team

PeopleXM is built by a small team in Bengaluru with deep experience in HR tech, assessment design, applied AI and university operations. We work in-person with the first cohort of partner institutions so the product earns its placement before it scales.
