By creating a PeopleXM account you agree to these terms. If you're using PeopleXM on behalf of a university or recruiting organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

The service

PeopleXM provides AI-powered skill assessments, campus-drive management, voice mock interviews, resume building and career planning. Features evolve; we may add, remove or change them with reasonable notice.

Your account

• Keep your credentials private.
• Give us accurate information when registering.
• Don't impersonate anyone else.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use PeopleXM to:

• Cheat on an assessment on behalf of another person.
• Scrape data from the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or probe the platform's security.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share (copyrighted material, personal data of third parties, etc.).

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

AI output

The platform uses AI to generate questions, score responses, and suggest career paths. Outputs are advisory. We don't guarantee a particular placement outcome; final hiring decisions are made by recruiters.

Payments + refunds

Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Prorated refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused months; email hr@peoplexm.ai.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PeopleXM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We'll notify you of material changes to these terms by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
