Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US Staffing Recruiter to identify, source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for job openings with US-based clients. The candidate will work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand job requirements and fill positions within the specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, availability, and interest.
• Recruit candidates for IT and non-IT positions based on client requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and match suitable candidates to open positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers or ATS systems.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate pay rates and discuss contract or employment terms where applicable.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to meet client deadlines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates.
