Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for job openings with US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing abilities, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience.
• Understand job descriptions and match suitable candidates to open positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate pay rates and discuss employment terms where applicable.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Basic understanding of US recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work US night shifts.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in recruitment or staffing is an added advantage.
