Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to identify trends, prepare reports, and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from databases.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management and business teams.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
• SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and data visualization.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
• Data cleaning and data validation.
• Python for data analysis using Pandas and NumPy is an advantage.
• Understanding of databases and business intelligence concepts.
