Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance to employees and users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and update software and applications.
• Assist users with login issues, password resets, and access permissions.
• Diagnose basic network connectivity and internet-related problems.
• Respond to IT support requests through calls, emails, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Maintain records of technical issues and their resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT teams when required.
• Assist with system maintenance, backups, and security updates.
• Follow IT policies and ensure data security.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows and other operating systems.
• Computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, DNS, and IP addresses.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Software installation and configuration.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing tools and remote support software.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and access management.

Educational Qualifications
