Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support daily financial operations, maintain financial records, process invoices, and assist with accounting and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, numerical accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Process invoices, expense claims, and payment requests.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and transactions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payments.
• Assist with tax documentation and compliance activities.
• Ensure financial records are accurate and confidential.
• Support internal and external audits when required.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP or other accounting software.
• Understanding of accounts payable and receivable.
• Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and financial documentation is an advantage.

Educational Qualifications
