Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Executive to support the organization's IT infrastructure, computer systems, software applications, and network operations. The candidate will help maintain smooth IT operations by troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical assistance to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and internet connectivity problems.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance.
- Assist with software updates, security patches, and data backups.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and technical documentation.
- Respond to IT support requests through calls, emails, or ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required.
- Follow IT security policies and protect company data.
Skills Required
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, WAN, DNS, and IP addressing.
- MS Office and email application proficiency.
- Software installation and configuration.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data backup.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Educational Qualifications
