Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, technically skilled, and motivated Full Stack Developer / .NET Developer (Fresher) to join our Software Development team in Bangalore.

The selected candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and modern frontend frameworks. The role involves working with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL databases, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related development tools.

The ideal candidate should possess strong programming fundamentals, logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and a basic understanding of frontend and backend application development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development Using .NET

• Assist in developing web applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable backend code.
• Support the development of business logic and application features.
• Work with ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API concepts.
• Assist in implementing authentication, authorization, and data validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.

2. Frontend Web Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Assist in implementing UI components based on design requirements.
• Work with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.js, depending on project requirements.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve application usability.

3. Database Development & Management

• Assist in designing and maintaining relational databases.
• Write SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and basic database operations.
• Perform CRUD operations using SQL Server.
• Support database integration using Entity Framework Core.
• Assist in identifying and resolving database-related issues.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security.

4. API Development & Integration

• Assist in developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Implement HTTP methods such as GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE.
• Work with JSON data and client-server communication.
• Test APIs using Postman or Swagger.
• Support API authentication, validation, and error handling.
• Collaborate with frontend developers for successful API integration.

5. Software Testing & Debugging

• Perform basic unit testing and functional testing.
• Identify and resolve coding errors and application defects.
• Debug applications using Visual Studio.
• Assist in improving application performance and reliability.
• Follow software development and quality assurance standards.
• Document testing results and technical issues.

6. Application Deployment & Maintenance

• Assist in deploying and maintaining web applications.
• Support application configuration and environment setup.
• Gain exposure to IIS, Azure App Service, or other hosting environments.
• Assist in application updates and performance monitoring.
• Follow application security and deployment best practices.

7. Version Control & Team Collaboration

• Use Git and GitHub or Azure DevOps for source code management.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with senior developers, testers, and project managers.
• Follow Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Maintain technical documentation for assigned development tasks.
• Complete assigned project activities within deadlines.

4. Database Management

• Basic knowledge of stored procedures and database normalization.

5. API Development

• Understanding of REST API concepts.
