Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled freshers to join our development team as Automation Developers. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation scripts and workflows to improve business efficiency and reduce manual processes.

This role provides an opportunity to work with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Python scripting, API integrations, workflow automation, and emerging AI-powered automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Assist in designing and implementing automated workflows for business processes.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and suggest automation solutions.
• Work with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Support API integrations and data exchange between applications.
• Develop automation solutions for data processing, reporting, and system operations.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business teams to understand automation requirements.
• Assist in implementing AI-based automation and intelligent workflows.
• Perform unit testing and document automation processes.
• Monitor automated workflows and resolve execution errors.
• Follow coding standards, version control practices, and development guidelines.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and team meetings.

Required Technical Skills

• Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of automation concepts and scripting.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database operations.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of debugging, testing, and error handling.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Exposure to UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Basic knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, or other automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n or Zapier.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Awareness of AI-powered automation, machine learning, and intelligent document processing.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
