Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and technically skilled freshers to join our Software Development team as Frontend Developers. The selected candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, UI/UX implementation, and modern web development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive and interactive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build reusable and efficient UI components using React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web pages.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to display and manage dynamic application data.
• Ensure web applications are responsive across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend bugs and UI issues.
• Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and usability.
• Implement form validation and interactive user interface features.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend code.
• Conduct cross-browser compatibility testing.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and software testing activities.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
• Follow web accessibility standards and frontend development best practices.
• Support application maintenance and feature enhancements.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of React.js or another JavaScript framework.
• Understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Basic knowledge of DOM manipulation and event handling.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Basic understanding of browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Exposure to Next.js and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
• Basic knowledge of Figma and UI design tools.
• Understanding of CSS Flexbox, Grid, and modern layout techniques.
• Familiarity with Axios or Fetch API for backend integration.
• Basic knowledge of frontend testing tools such as Jest or React Testing Library.
• Understanding of web accessibility and SEO fundamentals.
• Awareness of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Vite, npm, or other frontend development tools.
• Exposure to deployment platforms such as Vercel or Netlify.
