Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically enthusiastic DevOps Engineer (Fresher) to join our IT and development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of cloud computing, automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and infrastructure management.

The candidate will assist in managing development environments, automating deployment processes, monitoring system performance, and supporting software delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Support application deployment, configuration, and infrastructure management.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Assist in automating routine development and operational tasks.
• Monitor application performance, server health, and system availability.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and IT operations teams.
• Support containerization using Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Assist in managing version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
• Troubleshoot basic deployment, server, and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for deployment processes and configurations.
• Follow security best practices and support system reliability.
• Learn and implement modern DevOps tools and methodologies.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Knowledge of Git and version control concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud computing fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TCP/IP.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with security practices in cloud environments.
• Academic projects, internships, or certifications related to DevOps or cloud computing.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 0–1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles and cloud infrastructure.
• Candidates with relevant academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
