Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic UI Designer (Fresher) to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of user interface design principles, visual design, wireframing, and prototyping.

The candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design attractive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Develop responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to understand project requirements.
Design UI components such as buttons, forms, navigation menus, dashboards, and interactive elements.
Maintain consistency in colors, typography, spacing, icons, and visual elements.
Assist in creating and maintaining design systems and UI style guides.
Convert product requirements and user flows into effective interface designs.
Improve existing interfaces based on usability feedback.
Ensure designs follow accessibility and responsive design principles.
Prepare design assets and specifications for developers.
Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of UI design principles and visual design concepts.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Canva.
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Basic knowledge of wireframing and prototyping.
Understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
Familiarity with UI components and design systems.
Creativity and strong attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback.
Willingness to learn new design tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related disciplines.
Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant UI design skills may also apply.
