Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to assist with the design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment. The candidate will work with engineering and production teams to ensure equipment reliability, product quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, equipment, and systems.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Conduct inspections and support quality-control activities.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering procedures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
• Understanding of machine design, manufacturing processes, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may be accepted for technician or junior engineering roles.
