Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data & Analytics Associate (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of data analysis, database management, data visualization, and statistical concepts.

The candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Assist in data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Write basic SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Support data analysis activities using Python, R, or other analytical tools.
• Assist in preparing business reports and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.
• Identify data inconsistencies and support data quality improvement.
• Assist in automating routine reporting and data processing tasks.
• Support database management and data integration activities.
• Maintain documentation related to datasets, reports, and analytical processes.
• Present analytical findings and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in data analytics and business intelligence.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or R.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of advanced Excel functions and Power Query.
• Experience with academic projects involving data analytics or visualization.

• Fresh graduates in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant analytical skills may also apply.
• 0–1 year of experience.
