Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer (Fresher) to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) principles, and frontend development technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web and mobile application interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI layouts.
Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, and backend teams.
Conduct basic user research and understand user requirements.
Develop reusable UI components and maintain design consistency.
Ensure websites and applications are compatible across different devices and browsers.
Improve user experience through intuitive navigation and interface design.
Assist in usability testing and implement improvements based on feedback.
Optimize web interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Identify and resolve UI-related bugs and layout issues.
Maintain design documentation and frontend code.
Stay updated with emerging UI/UX design trends and frontend technologies.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Basic knowledge of wireframing and prototyping.
Understanding of responsive web design.
Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Basic understanding of frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of React.js or Next.js.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Understanding of UX research and usability testing.
Knowledge of accessibility guidelines such as WCAG.
Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Basic understanding of REST API integration.
Knowledge of design systems and reusable UI components.
Familiarity with Material UI or other component libraries.
Experience creating interactive prototypes.
Academic projects or internships involving UI/UX design and frontend development.

Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Design, or related disciplines.
Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant UI/UX and frontend development skills may also apply.
0–1 year of experience.
