Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer (Fresher) to join our software development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with strong knowledge of JavaScript and web development fundamentals.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with frontend and backend development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive web designs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs.
• Participate in application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Implement basic authentication and authorization functionalities.
• Work with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Assist in deploying web applications to cloud platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation for application features.
• Stay updated with modern JavaScript frameworks and web development technologies.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Basic knowledge of React.js and component-based architecture.
• Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js.
• Understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL database concepts.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and HTTP methods.
• Understanding of frontend and backend integration.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of responsive web design.
• Understanding of asynchronous JavaScript, Promises, and async/await.
• Knowledge of debugging and browser developer tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript.
• Understanding of JWT authentication and authorization.
• Familiarity with Mongoose ODM.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
• Basic understanding of Next.js.
• Familiarity with Postman for API testing.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or Render.
• Basic understanding of Docker and CI/CD concepts.

• Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
