Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Claude AI Developer to build AI-powered applications and automation solutions using Anthropic's Claude models. The candidate will work on integrating large language models (LLMs), developing AI assistants, automating workflows, and creating intelligent applications to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications using Anthropic Claude models and APIs.
• Integrate Claude into existing software applications and business workflows.
• Build AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational interfaces.
• Design effective prompts to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI responses.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using company documents and knowledge bases.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and external tools with AI applications.
• Implement tool use and function calling for automated workflows.
• Test, evaluate, and optimize AI-generated responses.
• Apply security measures to protect sensitive data and reduce prompt-injection risks.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation and monitor application performance.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude models and the Claude API.
• Prompt engineering and response evaluation.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Knowledge of AI safety, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field.
• BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualifications may also be considered.
• Practical AI projects or relevant certifications are an advantage.
