Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled React JS Technical Lead to join our software development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, frontend architecture, and modern web development technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for leading frontend development activities, mentoring developers, designing scalable web applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of React.js developers.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using React.js.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Develop reusable components and maintainable frontend solutions.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services into frontend applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and Agile development activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of frontend modules.
Support CI/CD processes and application deployment.
Evaluate new frontend technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Experience with React Hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle concepts.
Strong knowledge of Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or other state management libraries.
Experience with REST API integration and asynchronous programming.
Understanding of frontend architecture and reusable component design.
Familiarity with Next.js and server-side rendering concepts.
Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
Knowledge of frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Understanding of performance optimization and debugging techniques.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage technical priorities and mentor development teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Next.js and modern React frameworks.
Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, or Styled Components.
Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
Understanding of frontend security and authentication mechanisms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Basic knowledge of Node.js and backend development.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
Understanding of Docker and containerization.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
5–8 years of relevant software development experience preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in React.js development.
Previous experience leading or mentoring frontend developers.
Proven understanding of frontend architecture and scalable application development.
Strong debugging and technical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional development activities.
