Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Product Manager to join our product development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, market research, user experience, and cross-functional team collaboration.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, identifying customer needs, defining product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver innovative and user-focused products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify product opportunities.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, business requirements, and market trends.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX design, QA, marketing, and sales teams.
• Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and user needs.
• Manage product backlogs and participate in Agile sprint planning.
• Coordinate product development activities from concept to launch.
• Monitor product performance using analytics, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and retention.
• Work with stakeholders to communicate product updates, priorities, and timelines.
• Support product launches, feature releases, and go-to-market activities.
• Analyze product usage data and recommend improvements.
• Ensure product delivery meets quality standards and business expectations.
• Continuously evaluate market trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.

• Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX collaboration tools.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and software architecture.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and user research.
• Knowledge of product growth, customer retention, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered products and automation technologies.

• Experience working with engineering and design teams in Agile environments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or technology product development preferred.
• Proven experience managing product features or product development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Experience working with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
