Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Web Technical Lead (Laravel) to join our software development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP, Laravel Framework, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and modern web application development.

The candidate will be responsible for leading web development projects, designing scalable application architectures, mentoring developers, reviewing code, and ensuring the timely delivery of secure, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of PHP and Laravel developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Design and optimize relational databases using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and optimize system performance.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and application security measures.
• Manage project deliverables, technical tasks, and development timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel Framework.
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with Laravel MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, middleware, and routing.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
