Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Python Developer (Fresher) to join our software development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Python programming, object-oriented programming concepts, databases, and software development fundamentals.

The candidate will work closely with experienced developers to design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications while gaining hands-on experience in backend development, automation, and modern software technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python code.
Support backend development using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Assist in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite.
Collaborate with frontend developers, backend developers, and QA teams.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic application bugs.
Assist in automating routine tasks using Python scripts.
Participate in application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Support database operations, data processing, and API integration.
Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and development activities.
Maintain technical documentation for developed applications and features.
Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) and coding best practices.
Stay updated with Python technologies and software development trends.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Python programming.
Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
Familiarity with Python data types, functions, loops, and conditional statements.
Basic knowledge of data structures such as lists, tuples, dictionaries, and sets.
Understanding of exception handling and file handling in Python.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
Familiarity with REST APIs and HTTP methods.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
