Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize artificial intelligence and machine learning models. The candidate will work with data scientists and software engineers to build intelligent applications, automate processes, and solve business problems using AI and machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets.
• Build and evaluate predictive models using appropriate techniques.
• Apply machine learning and deep learning methods to real-world problems.
• Develop AI-powered applications and integrate models into software systems.
• Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with software developers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Document experiments, results, and model performance.
• Assist with deploying and monitoring models in production environments.

Skills Required

• Programming knowledge in Python.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts.
• Knowledge of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
• Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Basic knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.
• Familiarity with model evaluation techniques.
• Basic understanding of NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
