Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented BFSI Executive to support banking, financial services, or insurance operations. The candidate will assist with customer inquiries, financial documentation, transaction processing, account-related services, and compliance procedures while ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking, financial, or insurance-related queries.
• Process and verify financial documents and customer applications.
• Maintain customer records and update financial systems.
• Support account opening, loan processing, insurance claims, or policy servicing, depending on the business unit.
• Verify customer information and documentation.
• Follow up on pending applications, payments, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and company compliance procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer financial information.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of banking, finance, or insurance operations.
• Understanding of financial documentation and transaction processing.
• Basic knowledge of KYC and AML procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow compliance guidelines.
• Familiarity with CRM or financial software is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com, BBA, B.Com Finance, MBA Finance, or any graduate qualification, depending on the role.
• Freshers with good communication and computer skills may apply.
