Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Professional Hiring Executive to manage recruitment activities for experienced professionals and specialized roles. The candidate will coordinate with hiring managers, source qualified candidates, conduct initial screenings, and support the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for experienced professionals and specialized positions.
• Understand job requirements and hiring needs from clients or hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and joining dates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Understanding of professional and lateral hiring.
• Resume screening and candidate sourcing skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate multiple job openings.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA in Human Resources is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sourcing skills may apply.
