Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Software Support Trainee to assist customers and internal teams with software-related issues. The candidate will help troubleshoot technical problems, provide application support, and ensure smooth software operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and users.
• Troubleshoot software and application-related issues.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic technical problems.
• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, or chat.
• Log, track, and update support tickets.
• Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates.
• Escalate complex issues to the technical team.
• Maintain support documentation and issue records.
• Coordinate with development and testing teams to resolve bugs.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computers, software, and operating systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of networking and databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service orientation and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or helpdesk tools.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Basic understanding of software applications and networking.

Educational Qualification

Diploma, BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.E./B.Tech, or any relevant IT qualification.
